Mr. Jaideep Sharma, FCA, CFA, ISA – Information System Auditor (ICAI) (and the promoter Director of the Company) has been in practice for more than 18 years in field of accounting, taxation and auditing. He has vast and in-depth knowledge in Indian accounts, taxation and auditing areas. He is heading the Chandigarh office

Mr. Rajkumar Aggarwal, FCA, ACS, MCom (Director) is All India Topper in ICWA (Inter) and rank holder in CS (Inter and Final). He has an industry experience of over 15 years. He has successfully handled IPO of few public listed companies. He has acted as Finance Head in various listed companies and rich experience of financing, direct and indirect taxation, import and export operations etc. He is an associate heading New Delhi office.

Mr. Hansraj Rathor, M Com, FCS has worked with MNCs like TOYOTA and Macdonald during last more than 10 years and handled assignment in 100% EOU, Project Finance, Project Planning and other related fields. He is expert in handling Bombay Stock Exchange matters, SEBI matters and IPO matters.  He is an associate heading the Banglore office and is also looking after the operations of Mumbai office.

Ms. Mamta Binani, is a commerce graduate, FCS (all India Topper) is into professional field since 1997 . She has also done Diploma in Computer Software and Operations besides having done Certificate course in Depository Operation and Corporate Governance. Over the years she has gained expertise in legal compliances involving Company Law/ SEBI/ Reserve Bank of India, Mergers & Amalgamations, Takeover cases, different labour laws, Service tax matters, liasioning with different government departments, Secretarial and Compliance Audits etc. She is an associate heading  Kolkata.
